MTR Corporation arranged for HKACE members to visit the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and Shek Kong Stabling Sidings Depot on 16 July. During this visit, MTR introduced the infrastructure and operation of the station and depot. MTR also demonstrated how they value customer’s feedback and experience. The management took part in reaching out to the passengers and collecting their opinions, delivering passengers a reliable and caring experience by improving and optimizing services.
