Seminar : How Digital Transformation is Driving Customer Experience (from the perspective of service design and personal data privacy)
With the widespread of technology and internet these days, using digital service channels are becoming more popular to customers. HKACE is pleased to co-organize a seminar with CityU SCOPE to explore how digital transformation driving customer service experience and cyber security issues.  We want our members to know how we could make use of this technology and the safety issues we are facing.
