Members' Gathering 2018

On 15 Jun, we are delighted to have HKACE Members’ Gathering at The Wave at Kwun Tong. In the gathering, we have invited DID HK Limited to give members’ insights on effective COMMUNICATION skills in CUSTOMER SERVICE: both ACTIVE LISTENING & SPEAKING and Learn to INNOVATE and PROBLEM-SOLVE under challenging CUSTOMER SERVICEenvironment. We believe that all the above relate heavily to customer services through a unique experiential learning. As the successful on the Annual Survey Report of “Digital Transformation of Customer Services in Hong Kong”, we have invited Wendy Wong, Research Committee Director, to share some key findings to our fellow members. We trust those are worth on their career path. We appreciated that our partner, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) came to us and introduce the meaningful programme, "Hong Kong Young Ambassador Scheme" to all members.
