The company visit of HKT at Lai Chi Kok Integrated Surveillance & Operation Center (ISOC) was successfully held on 25 April 2017. The center performs round the clock network monitoring and ensure the network stability. During the visit, they show us the operation of their unique quadruple-play network operation strategy, how they react promptly to incidents and how they maintain stable and quality services to customers.
