The 17th Anniversary cum Customer Service Excellence Award 2016

HKACE celebrated the 17th Anniversary on 24 January 2017. Mr Gregory So Kam Leung, Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, was the officiating guest to present the awards, along with the well-known celebrities and guests from the tourism and service sectors. Everyone enjoyed the luncheon on that day.

The result of “HKACE Customer Service Excellence Award 2016” was announced during the ceremony to recognise the excellent performance in customer services of the award winners as well as their companies. This year, the Service Innovation Award, the new award, was established to encourage organisations to promote new service experiences through service innovation, creativity or technology adoption. HKACE hopes all member companies would learn from each other and retain the customer service excellence.
