Customer Service Excellence Award 2014 Sharing Seminar (26, 27&30 Mar 2015)

Winners of the Customer Service Excellence Award 2014 were invited to share their insightful perspective and showcase their outstanding achievements on customer service excellence at three separate seminars on March 26, 27 & 30.   Attended by more than 200 members, the seminars provided a platform for fellow players to learn from the winning companies on how to excel in the service industry and equip themselves for the coming award competition in 2015!
