As a result of the very positive feedback on the free workshop “Applied Mediation in Complaint Management” held last July, an intensive full day workshop was held on March 6 to help complaint managers unlock the difficult situations in customer service. The workshop, attended by 16 delegates, covered a wide range of topics on negotiation strategies, effective communication skills and tactics. Thanks to our trainer Mr Winston Siu, Chairman of g2g Media Centre Limited and facilitator, Mr Buston Chu, Honorary Advisor of HKACE, who gave delegates step-by-step instructions to help them master the skills of negotiation and communication. Professional mediators were engaged to supervise individual role-play for highest learning effectiveness.
