Another round of focus group meeting for member companies was held on October 14 to update them of the latest development of HKACE and collect their feedback regarding our work.  Participating members were proactive in sharing their opinions on customer service excellence and their stories of service appreciation. This interactive session provided qualitative information for the formulation of our future strategies and the promotion of customer-focused culture in Hong Kong.
