Service Appreciation Programme: The 2nd Learning Tour (Shell HK Ltd)

20 representatives from 13 member companies took part in the second Service Appreciation Learning Tour to Shell Hong Kong Limited on Sep 11 at Shell’s Kwun Tong office.   Mr Kenneth Chow, Marketing Manager of Shell Hong Kong Limited, outlined the thinking behind their in-house peer-to-peer recognition programme and their trial-and-error approach to succeed.   Ms Gina Wong, CEO of Make The Right Call, the manager of Shell’s Call Centre was invited to share the strategies and tactics they adopted to engage staff.   Both sharing registered very positive feedback from the audience. Grateful thanks to Shell Hong Kong Limited for hosting the tour.
