HKACE shared the findings of the research on “The Culture of Service Appreciation in HK” with more than 50 representatives from member companies on May 15 at PCCW Quarry Bay.  Mr Simon Tye and Mr JB Aloy of Ipsos gave a thorough presentation on the facts and figures plus fascinating insights into the trends in engaging both employees and customers through service appreciation programmes.  Rounding off the seminar was the presentation by Ms Mini Fu, Director of Learning and Development of Ocean Park, who gave a vivid account of the Park’s in-house service appreciation programme.  Thanks to all the speakers for their inspirational sharing and special thanks to PCCW for sponsoring the event venue.
