Customer Service Excellence Award 2013 Sharing Seminar (25, 27&28 Mar 2014)

Three separate sharing seminars by winners of the Customer Service Excellence Award 2013 were held at PCCW on March 25, 27 & 28.  Close to 300 members attended the seminars to learn from fellow players in the service industry and exchange ideas on the best practices and training methods.  We trust the sharing by winning companies also provide important insights to attendees for the preparation of next year’s award competition.
