The presentation ceremony of Customer Service Excellence Award 2013 (CSE Award) was held on 21 January 2014 at HKACE’s 14th Anniversary Luncheon. Congratulations to all the winners! Special thanks to Mr Gregory So, GBS, JP, Secretary for the Commerce and Economic Bureau, HKSAR for officiating at the kick-off ceremony and presenting the Grand Awards to the award winners : Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (Gold), Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (Silver) and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (Bronze). More than 20 awards in other award categories and the Top 10 SME Customer Service Excellence Award were also presented during the ceremony (please click here for details).
Apart from the CSE Award, two new awards were presented, namely the Best Mentor Award (under Young Service Star Programme) and Top Three Winners of Touching Moments Essay & Video Contest (under Service Appreciation Programme).
The Anniversary Luncheon was a great success with the presence of over 600 guests. HKACE would like to thank our honorary patron, honorary advisors, members, associates and working partners for their continuous support over the years. We look forward to another year of service excellence in 2014!
