HKACE Research Sharing Seminar (24 July 2013)

More than 80 members attended this free research seminar entitled “Customer Services Through New Age Channels” held on 24 July 2013 at Standard Chartered Bank Building in Central.  Kicking off the seminar was Mr Andrew Lam, Research Director of Ipsos, who gave the audience detailed accounts of the latest trends in practising customer service via social media.  Mr Bobby Wu of HP then continued the presentation on professional use of BIG DATA and how to make use of it to better serve the customers.  Wrapping up the morning was Mr Raymond Leung of Cherrypicks who provided the audience with a wealth of examples of utilizing different social media channels for customer service.  Special thanks to Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited for sponsoring the seminar.
