On 30 April, the Association is delighted to have a "CEO Networking Gathering" at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui. Many fellow members attended this occasion to get acquainted and exchange their valuable insights.
In the gathering, our Vice-Chairman Mr Lawrence Kwok introduced HKACE's key plans to our fellow members. A survey on "Service Appreciation under COVID-19" was jointly conducted by HKACE and HKBU. The result findings were presented by HKBU. A Service Appreciation Video to recognize the unsung hero in the customer service industry under COVID-19 was shared with our guests.
