>>	Membership Year is from 1^st January to 31^st December of the current year.

>>	The annual subscription fee for the first year will be on pro-rata basis subjected to the time of joining.

>>	The second and subsequent annual subscriptions (for the period from 1^st January to 31^st December of each calendar year) shall be due for payment on 1^st January of each calendar year or on such other date(s) as the Executive Committee may from time to time determine.
>>	Any admission fee and annual subscription once paid shall be non-refundable and non-transferable.

>>	The Executive Committee may charge additional fees for Members participating in ad hoc projects and activities.
