The result of our annual survey report was announced on 10 March 2017 in Central. With the title of “Attract & Retain Young Talents to Upkeep the High Level of Customer Services in Hong Kong”, the survey studied for the perception and expectation towards the customer service industry of Hong Kong from both customers and frontline staff. The survey found that “work-life balance” is one of the main factors for young employees to stay in this industry.
Besides, more customers have shown appreciation to customer service staff recently, the figure increases from 92% in 2013 to 99% in 2016 which reflect an improvement on service quality.
