Canon Hongkong arranged our members to visit Canon Business Experience Center and Image² on 23 Nov 2018. We understood Canon Hongkong innovative technologies and intelligent business solutions, as well as the remote Technical Services (rTS) which has awarded the "Service Innovation Award".

The visit has opened our eyes to the latest advanced service technologies and experienced how Canon Hongkong applies technology to elevate the level of customer services. We deeply understood that flexible, brand-new and diverse technical solution is essential in order to provide quality customer service.
