To increase public awareness of service appreciation culture, HKACE introduced the first-ever Service Appreciation Day which was celebrated on the Thanksgiving Day on Nov 28. We are very grateful to have Mrs Selina Chow, GBS, OBE, JP, Ms Daisy Lui, Deputy Executive Director of HKTB, Ms Quince Chong, Mrs Sandra Mak and Mr Patrick Wong to officiate at the lighting ceremony held in Ocean Terminal.  Special thanks to the presence and support of 17 CEOs and executive leaders from our member companies as well as two young icons, C AllStar and Alfred Hui, who helped appeal to the general public.  The event was very successful in generating more than 20 news coverage, both online and offline.  Through the advocacy of service appreciation, HKACE endeavored to bring more positive energy to customer service providers and to transform Hong Kong into a better home for us all.
