The first learning tour of HKACE’s service appreciation programme was hosted by AIA on May 19 at their Quarry Bay office.  20 representatives from member companies joined the tour to explore how AIA engaged their colleagues through internal service appreciation tactics.  Thanks to Ms Eunice Mui, Ms May Chan and Ms Grace Yan from AIA’s Service and Operation Department, the team gave a thorough account of the objectives, strategies, execution methods and rationales behind their programmes.
