Realising wishes of business delegates, concert goers and the mass public from overseas and local, the In-venue Customer Services Counter provides not only instant assistance and information on venue facilities and transportation, but also value-added services customised for our wide range of guest profiles. Beyond delivering excellent service inside the venue, we provide convenience for organisers by offering liaisons with transportation companies, such as special Airport Express tickets, coach to hotels etc. We are passionate on what we do and strive to deliver our best quality with diversities.
