HKACE Research Project 2013 Press Conference was held on Jan 15 at Regal Hong Kong Hotel. Mr Buston Chu, Chairman of HKACE, Ms Cally Chan, Vice Chairman of HKACE and Mr Simon Tye, Executive Director of Ipsos Loyalty Hong Kong jointly presented the findings and detailed analysis on “The Culture of Service Appreciation in HK”.

The research report provided exclusive insights into the growing influence and importance of customer feedback in Hong Kong.  It also gauged the impact of a service appreciation culture on employees working in the service industry. With a pool of over 1100 respondents, the survey reveals upcoming trends for customer engagement within all the main industries in Hong Kong, for both customers and employees.
