- Membership Year is from 1 January to 31 December of the current year.
- The annual subscription fee for the first year will be on pro-rata basis subjected to the time of joining.
- The second and subsequent annual subscriptions (for the period from 1 January to 31 December of each calendar year) shall be due for payment on 1 January of each calendar year or on such other date(s) as the Executive Committee may from time to time determine.
- Any admission fee and annual subscription once paid shall be non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The Executive Committee may charge additional fees for Members participating in ad hoc projects and activities.
