Entitled “To Resolve the Unresolved”, the workshop explored new ways to manage customer complaints and recover the tearing relations by means of mediation. Thanks to Mr Winston Siu, Chairman of g2g Media Centre Limited and trainer of the workshop who took the participants through the customer needs and wants regarding their discontent and introduced effective tactics to help resolve the complaints. Participants were also invited to role-play in a complaint situation in an effort to understand the dos and don’ts in handling complaints.
