According to a survey conducted by Hong Kong Baptist University, customers’ appreciation drives service excellence. However, only 40% of the interviewed customers showed their gratitude towards service professionals in the past year.
In fact, touching service is delivered from the heart of the service staff! "Anyone" can pay a compliment and respect to every well-performed service professional.
22nd November was the Thanksgiving Day in the West. It was also the Name Appreciation Day of Hong Kong Association of Customer Service Excellence. Starting from this day, let’s act together to know the service professionals around you and say thank you to them with their names.
