When complaints, criticisms, and accusations have become the norm in this society, people are focusing on taking instead of giving. For frontline service staff, a word of praise, a sentence of encouragement, are support for them and driving them to enhance their performance. Customer’s recognition is indeed a vital affirmation.

HKACE had launched Name Appreciation Campaign at the end of 2019 to promote the culture of appreciation. HKACE filmed a series of touching stories for member companies participating in this campaign to express their gratitude to frontline customer service staff.  Furthermore, mysterious angels from HKACE had delivered praise to the front-line employees who have performed an excellent service from our member companies. Last but not least, a roadshow was organized to invite tourists and citizens to endorse the customer service staff in Hong Kong.
