The 2014 Service Appreciation Day, the signature event of HKACE’s 2-year Service Appreciation Programme, was again celebrated on the Thanksgiving Day on November 27.  Present at the ceremony held in Ocean Terminal were Mr James Tong, Chairman of HKACE and the Association’s honorary advisors, including Dr Peter Lam Kin-Ngok, Chairman of Hong Kong Tourism Board; Ms Quince Chong, Former Chairman of HKACE (2006-2012) and Mr Buston Chu, Former Chairman of HKACE (2012-2014). Together with 20 attending CEOs and senior executives of HKACE member companies and celebrities Helena Lo (羅蘭) and Alfred Hui Ting Hang (許廷鏗), they remarked on the importance of recognition and appreciation in the enhancement of service quality which is the key to the sustainable development of the service industry in Hong Kong.
